What it is

A double-belt system — inner + outer — built to the spec I'd actually carry through training, matches, and real work. Not a "world's best" marketing claim. A belt I've put on enough other belts to know what I want fixed.

What's in the design

• Inner belt: 1.5″ mil-spec nylon, full-length extruded Velcro hook-and-loop. Pant-loop compliant for USPSA / IDPA.
• Outer belt: 1.75–2″ laser-cut Cordura laminate with a thermoplastic composite stiffener and rigid tubular webbing core.
• Buckle: AustriAlpin Cobra quick-release with integrated D-ring and overlock tab closure behind the buckle.
• MOLLE: ½″ laser-cut PALS spacing on the outer. Henning T-1000 holster-hanger compatibility.
• Build: 100% US-made. Optional closed-cell foam padding. Target weight 12–14 oz.
• Colors: Black, Multicam, Ranger Green.
• Warranty: 2-year manufacturing defects + manufacturer hardware warranty.

Where this is in the process

The first prototype is on order from a US shop. Patch wears it through 60 days of training and matches. Real photos, real wear, real notes. After that, if it earns its place, a small US-made private-label run.
