Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving a physical item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@tmsofast.com or call 719-407-4540. Do not mail items back until we confirm the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions. Items sent back without a confirmed return request will not be accepted.

Digital products. Ebooks and other digital goods are delivered immediately and are not returnable once the file or access link has been delivered.

Print-on-demand apparel. Custom-printed shirts, hats, and similar items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Damages. Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed after we approved the refund, email info@tmsofast.com.

European Union. If we ship into the EU, you may cancel or return unused physical goods within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, with proof of purchase.
