Shipping policy

Team SOFAST LLC ships from the United States. Apparel and printed goods are produced and shipped by Printful. Digital books are delivered by email and retailer links — they do not ship.

Processing. Print-on-demand orders are typically processed in 2–5 business days after payment. Digital products are delivered as soon as checkout completes.

United States shipping. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days after the order leaves Printful. Faster options appear at checkout when Printful offers them.

International shipping. Printful ships internationally where available. Transit is typically 7–21 business days after processing. The customer is responsible for duties, VAT, and customs fees. We cannot control delays at customs.

Tracking. When a physical order ships, you receive a tracking number at the email used at checkout.

Lost or missing packages. Email info@tmsofast.com or call 719-407-4540 with your order number. We will work the carrier and Printful from there.

No pickup. We do not offer store pickup at the Florissant address.
